Sabric warns against banking scams

The South African Bank Risk Information centre has warned about the increase of scams in the banking sector. This as the latest trick involves criminals letters to bank clients advising them that their banking details have changed then they urge clients to transfer their funds to a certain account. Sabric chief executive Kalyani Pillay spoke to us telephonically about avoiding these emails, encourafe customers to be more vigilant and contact their banks should they receive any suspicious mails concerning their bank accounts. www.sabric.co.za
