Strandfontein Depression and Related Disorder group

Cathy Mattews runs the Strandfontien Depression and Related Disorders group which aims to support to those dealing with depression and anxiety. This is on the backdrop of October being dubbed as World Mental Health awareness month. Mattews elaborated that they are a group of 36 and counting ranging from young to old.
