Pierre De Vos on Madonsela misconduct allegations

Public protector Thuli Madonsela has been in the news for taking on the powerful as her probes have resulted in the firing of two cabinet ministers, ex police commissioner Bheki Cele and damning ex ANC Youth League president Julius Malema in his dealings with beleaguered firm On Point Engineering. But recently Madonsela was in the news after her deputy Mamiki Shai called for an investigation into Madonsela for alleged misconduct and her "Hollywood style" approach to investigations.
