9th Julius Nyerere lecture held

The 9th Julius Nyerere lecture on Lifelong Learning will be held at the University of the Western Cape on 10 October at 17:00pm. Julius Nyerere who was the president of Tanzania was famed for encouraging learning whether formal or informal and also for his Education for Self -Reliance. We spoke to Carolyn Medel Anonuevo deputy director of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation who will be giving the keynote address at the lecture.
