First discipline then fighting

Today Sensei Shihan Marius from Josui Kaikan Karate visited Bush Radio. Josui Kaikan karate is full contact karate specifically for self defence purposes. Sensei Shihan Marius was actually one of the people who changed the concept of knock-down karate to self defence karate. Sensei has been doing karate for 21 years and has been teaching for 15 years. According to him, karate is the highest disciplined sport that you can get. The children are taught the basic principles of discipline and only afterwards they learn about the technique and tournament fighting. Karate is a lifestyle, a custom, he says. Moreover, karate enhances other aspects of your life, for instance your balance, brain functioning and focusing. If you’re interested call Josui Kaikan Karate on 021 637 7003 or 071 4097824.
