5th annual Irene Grootboom Memorial Dialogues takes place

The Social Justice Coalition and Africa Centre for Cities will host the 5th annual Irene Grootboom Memorial Dialogues where leading activists, designers, community leaders, academics and experts will critically engage the concept of design. We will look at whether design can be used as an instrument for advancing social justice and reducing urban inequality, recognising that Cape Town has been designated World Design Capital in 2014.
