The Legal Resource Centre denounces Traditional Courts Bill

The Traditional Courts Bill has been in the centre of much controversy after public submissions were called on the bill last week. The bill which is aimed at regulating traditional courts and customary law has been dubbed as unconstitutional by civil organisation groups because of some aspects with it. Bassie interviewed Willmien Wicomb from the LRC about why they calling for the bill to be scrapped, whats wrong with it and how it might infringe on women's rights in the rural areas.
