NICRO's Safety Ambassadors project

National Institute for Crime Prevention and Reintegation of Offenders recently rolled out its school Safety Ambassadors project. NICRO's Jacque Sibomana said the programme is aimed at the backdrop of thousands of young people entering the criminal justice system as offenders and the need to mitigate the growing incidence of juvenile crime within their environments.
