Is a movie about a girl who sacrificed her life, opportunities to care for a man she resents (her father). Her father passes away, leaving her with so much potential with no direction. at the cremation of her father, her godfather reappears in her life where she decides to scatter her fathers ashes in Johannesburg which give Ella an opportunity to rediscover and better her future for herself. 

Speaking to two beautiful, multi-talented women from the cast of Farewell Ella Bella, Noluthando Meje who plays Khanyi and Chantal Stanfield who plays Sheri. Giving their insight on the movie, which was done 2 years ago they mentioned that the theme of the movie is loss, and how people deal with loss. Getting their opinion, Noluthando says everyone has a different perspective of the movie but both agreed it will definitely have a positive change in one's life.

Chantal Stanfield and Noluthando are both from Cape Town and when asked what are the key elements in keeping them going, because the grass ain't greener on the other side, both of these beautiful women gave such good advice but to summaries it, they said it is what you want in this life, and holding on to you dream that get's you there, everyone is not your friend that is why you always have to be there for yourself and what was the most useful advice is that the media industry is not for the fickle and faint hearted, there fore you need to be a strong individual to get into this business.

FAREWELL ELLA BELLA will premiering at the Zanzibar International Film Festival in competition for the Golden Dhow in the category of LONG FEATURE FILMS. The film is also one of ten films selected for competition in the Durban International Film Festival in July.

The Movie boasts an all-female production team, Director Screenwriter Lwazi Mvusi is female which in turn means, this movie sheds a positive light on Womens Month.

FAREWELL ELLA BELLA was produced in association with Free Women Features, NFVF, IDC,DTI and is distributed and released by Filmfinity (Pty) Ltd and releases in cinemas across the country on 17 August 2018.
