BLESSED DAUGHTERS:

Blessed daughters is an initiative which was formed to inspire and empower. Their mission is to inspire, provide exposure and mentor young women and girls, with their aim to achieve that through networking and exposing young aspiring women and girla to other successful women who have conquered the challenges that most women in South Africa faces today.

As Patricia says in the interview "Women empowering one another, we talking about sister meeting and saying we here for you, and anytime you can count on me... Blessed daughters is about exposing one another to the greater levels of life."

As it women's month, Patricia says women are not aware with what happens in South Africa, so the issues they try to address is that all women should stand together as Blessed Daughters. 'They gather young student from schools or communities who loses hope at a young age and what the Blessed Daughters do is have meetings where people with similar problems or issues can help motivate them to become better.

Blessed Daughters do not exclude the boys, as they want the brothers to respect the sisters. It starts with everyone girls and boys you have to respect yourself to respect another.

With the whole initiative of a Career exhibition they try to lay out all the steps of young peoples dreams, for example young people are very inquisitive but they give up very quickly, therefore the expo will have one on one's with the students explaining to each and every individual that they can reach their dreams but there is first a few responsibilities the students has to be able to do.

"Blessed Daughters will help you get there."

Inviting any and everyone to their 1st Learners Centre Career exhibition at Illingelethu Secondary School Hall on 24th August 2018 from 10:00 - 14:00.
