Medical Research Council and the University of Cape Town are conducting a study on Heart diseases

We had an interview with Theresa Gogela who is a nursing sister and Malibongwe Majola from the University of Cape Town in partnership with the Medical Research Council. They are busy with a study about risk factors for heart disease in the townships of Langa, Gugulethu, Cross Roads, Nyanga and Khayalitsha. They need a random sample of participants who are approached at their homes with an invitation to participate. They are finding difficulty in getting sufficient number of men to participate.
