Today on Backchat we were joined on line Alexis Scholtz from the African Carbon Trust (ACT). This organisation helps Africans rise and to create opportunities out of the challenges of climate change. Alexis spoke to us about ACT and outlined the programmes on offer. The organisation is quite new and has just launched their website. Do It Day 2009- Roxy Mitchell
Do It Day is an annual call to action event organised and hosted by GreaterGood South Africa. It’s a day of nation-building that connects South Africans with good causes, to give something back to our communities. The volunteer sign up can only start from 1st July.
