Backchat says: "I am enough!"

Caroline represents not only Womensnet but 1000 women 1 voice. 

1000 Women 1 Voice Initiative (NPO)

• One out of every four women in South Africa is in an abusive relationship.

• Every six days a woman in South Africa is murdered by her intimate partner.

• Every 25 seconds a woman or girl is raped in South Africa.

Since 2014, they have been mobilising“1000 Women to Unite against Domestic Violence” in Cape Town. This initiative is worth remembering, with 1000 women standing together against domestic violence

100 women 1 voice is hosting an event at Artscape Theatre called "I AM ENOUGH", celebrating all women 8 August 2018. The event I am enough speaks to everyone not only women, there wll be a panel discussion, artists and confirmed 250 women attending. It will be like a summit and a work shop where different women will address everyone on the approach I AM ENOUGH and various issues and topics, women face on a daily basis in and around Cape Town and South Africa.

As Caroline explains about their event taking place she says August has become women's month and on the 9th August everyone is busy, everyone is welcome to join 1000 women 1 voice initiative at Artscape Theatre AT 10:00AM- 15:00PM

I am enough, speaks to all women who are inconfident and lack self-confidence, and the aim ofthe summit is to let all women think mentally, socially, physically, psychologically that I AM ENOUGH.

Caroline further explains "to eradicate all the abuse towards women, we need all sisters to stand together."
