Sexual harassment at the workplace

Labour Research Service has warned that sexual harassment in the workplace is largely under-reported. The issue was discussed during a seminar in Cape Town as part of the 16 Days of Activism Campaign. Activists said employers need to do more to uphold the code of good practice on sexual harassment, which provides the right procedures to deal with the problem and prevent its recurrence.
