22nd Edition of Calypso Cricket festival commences

The 22^nd annual Calypso Cricket festival will take place from 10-14 December 2012 as it celebrates 22 years of summer waves, wickets and talent identification. More than 3000 children will take advantage of the sun and sand when Sporting Chances host this edition of the festival on some of Cape Town’s famous beaches. Calypso is a unique adaptation of the conventional game as it has all the game’s rules but it’s played on the beach in teams comprising on boys and girls.
