Nonceba's aim is to drastically reduce the level of child sexual abuse in Khayelitsha and provide support to those who have been abused by Victim Support through Counselling and Prevention of Abuse through Education. This involves Providing safe haven accommodation for children who have been sexually abused or who are at risk of being abused; and for abused mothers.
