Noluthando empowers the deaf with skill and knowledge
We also had an interview with Clive Bester from Noluthando School for the Deaf in Khayelitsha.The school carters for the Deaf and seeks to empower the Deaf with skills,such as brick laying ,cartering skills,pannel beating as well as souwing clothes.The school was establish during the 80's because the was a need where the deaf could learn and gain skills that would benifit them in the long run.
