Supplementary techniques for educators proficiency program

We also had Chicco, Natalie and Sibongile from Living through learning they were telling us more about their supplementary techniques sufficient  program that was established through the years of teaching and training in the education field that there remain a gap between when educators complete their final year of tertiary studies and when they enter the classroom for the first time  due to the lack of practical experience and the lack of exposure to the harsh realities of teaching in various challenging environment.
