They educate women about the issues that face them


We started the show with an interview with Patecey Bejamine from Gender Advocacy Programme. GAP is an advocacy & lobbying organization which aims to bridge the "gap" between government and civil society, especially for poor black women. GAP focuses its work on seven areas: Domestic Violence, Social Policy and Gender, Gender Advocacy and Lobbying Training, Reproductive Health, Women and Governance, Local Government and Gender, and Women and the Media.
